Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 30 August 2026 · Seller: elitelaunchs

1. Who you are dealing with

This website and the product Claude: Prompt to Publish (PLR Edition) are operated by elitelaunchs.

Contact: rohitramanbusiness@gmail.com

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the seller; "you" means the person buying or using the product.

2. Agreement

By purchasing or using the product you agree to these terms, the Refund Policy, the Disclaimer, the Privacy Policy, and — for the licensed material — the PLR License. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

You confirm you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. What you are buying

A digital product delivered electronically, comprising the training modules, prompt vault, workflow library, templates and licensed PLR material described on the sales page at the time of your purchase.

Nothing physical is shipped. You will need internet access, an email address you can receive mail at, and software able to open standard document formats.

4. Delivery and access

Access details are sent to the email address you provide at checkout, normally immediately after payment clears.

If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email rohitramanbusiness@gmail.com and we will sort it out manually.

You are responsible for giving a working email address and for downloading and keeping your own copy of the files. We intend to maintain access for as long as the product is offered for sale, but you should not rely on our servers as your only copy.

5. Price and payment

Prices are shown on the sales page in USD. Payment is processed by WarriorPlus; their terms apply to the payment transaction itself and we never see or store your full card details.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to you is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout.

Launch pricing and the countdown timer. The sales page displays a countdown alongside the launch price. The price shown at the moment you complete checkout is the price that applies to you.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties or bank charges applicable in your own country.

6. Refunds

A 30-day money-back guarantee applies. The full terms, including the effect of a refund on your PLR licence, are in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Licence to the product itself

Apart from the licensed PLR material (governed separately by the PLR License), you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own business purposes.

You may not: share your access credentials; copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute the training, prompt vault or templates; upload them to file-sharing services; or use them to create a directly competing training product.

Making the product available to people who have not paid for it is a breach of these terms and may also be copyright infringement.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the product or anything derived from it to create or distribute material that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, hateful, harassing, or that makes false or misleading claims — including false income claims — to your own customers.

9. AI-generated output

The workflows use Claude, made by Anthropic PBC. Your use of Claude is governed by Anthropic's terms, which are between you and Anthropic. We do not control Claude's availability, pricing, features or output.

You are responsible for reviewing and fact-checking anything you produce with AI assistance before publishing it. See the Disclaimer, section 4.

10. No guarantee of results

We make no promise, projection or guarantee of income, sales or business results. This is set out in full in the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms and which you should read before purchasing.

11. Warranties and liability

The product is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or connected with the product is limited to the amount you actually paid for it.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

12. Changes to the product and these terms

We may update, improve or reorganise the product. We may revise these terms; the version in force is the one published here, and the "last updated" date will change. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to a purchase you have already made.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms — for example by redistributing the product. Where the breach is capable of remedy we will normally tell you and give you a chance to fix it first.

14. Trademarks

Claude and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic PBC. This product is independently created and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic PBC. Other marks belong to their respective owners.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seller's principal place of business. Payment for this product is taken by WarriorPlus as merchant of record, and the terms of that transaction are additionally governed by WarriorPlus's own agreements with you.

If you are a consumer, none of this removes mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your own country of residence, including any right to bring proceedings there.

16. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the policies referred to in section 2, are the entire agreement between us regarding the product.

17. Contact

elitelaunchs
rohitramanbusiness@gmail.com

These terms are a solid, honest starting point — not legal advice. Before launch, have someone qualified in your jurisdiction check them, and fill in every highlighted placeholder. An incomplete address or a missing seller identity is the sort of thing that causes trouble with payment processors later.
