PLR License Terms

Last updated: 30 August 2026 · Licensor: elitelaunchs

Seller: this page must be checked before launch. The grant below is a reasonable, commonly-used PLR structure, but it is a draft. Every highlighted item must be confirmed against what you are actually delivering and actually entitled to grant. Do not grant rights you do not hold. If the licensed material came to you under someone else's PLR licence, you cannot pass on more than that licence gave you.

1. What this licence covers

This licence governs the licensed PLR material included with Claude: Prompt to Publish (PLR Edition) — that is, the source content supplied specifically for you to customize and republish.

It does not cover the training modules, the prompt vault, the workflow library, the bonuses, or this website. Those are licensed to you for your own use only, under the Terms & Conditions, and may not be resold or redistributed in any form.

2. The grant

On full payment, and for as long as this licence remains in force, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the licensed material as set out below.

5. The customization requirement

Changing the logo and the colours is not customization, and it does not satisfy this licence.

Before you publish anything derived from the licensed material, you must meaningfully transform it. As a working standard, that means at least 30% of the finished product is materially changed or newly written, and the product is repositioned for a defined audience rather than simply re-skinned.

Module 04 of the training exists to teach this properly: analyze, reposition, customize, add original value, brand, package, publish. Following it satisfies this section comfortably.

This requirement is not bureaucracy. Unmodified PLR floods the same few marketplaces, gets refunded, damages your reputation with the customers you most want to keep, and increasingly gets sellers removed by platforms.

6. Ownership

This is a licence, not a sale of copyright. elitelaunchs retains ownership of the licensed material.

You own the original contributions you add — your writing, research, examples, branding and design. You own the compiled product to the extent of those contributions. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying licensed material, and you cannot prevent other licensees from using it too.

PLR is non-exclusive. Other buyers hold the same licence to the same source material. This is inherent to PLR and is the main reason meaningful transformation matters.

7. Third-party components

Fonts, images, icons and any other third-party assets referenced by the licensed material may carry their own separate licences that this licence cannot override. Where you republish commercially, confirm you hold the right to use each component.

8. Term and termination

This licence begins on full payment and continues unless terminated.

It terminates automatically and immediately if:

On termination you must stop using the licensed material, withdraw from sale any product derived from it, and delete your copies. See the Refund Policy, section 5.

9. No warranty on the licensed material

The licensed material is provided "as is". It is a starting point for you to develop, and it is your responsibility to check accuracy, currency, legal compliance and suitability before publishing anything under your own name. You, not the licensor, are the publisher of whatever you release.

10. Governing law

This licence is governed by the laws applicable at the licensor's principal place of business. Where local mandatory law gives you rights this licence does not, that law applies.

11. Questions

If anything here is unclear, ask before you build a business on top of it: rohitramanbusiness@gmail.com

These terms are a good-faith, plain-English licence. They are not legal advice, and neither the licensor nor the buyer should treat them as a substitute for a lawyer reviewing the arrangement.
